Delta Bungalows

Near the horse arena, you'll find Delta Bungalows One and Two, each approximately 700 square feet and featuring a small kitchenette, private bathrooms, comfortable queen beds, a lounge area, big-screen TVs, and picturesque windows with a view. These bungalows provide the unique experience of living on a working horse ranch, plus you’re just steps away from the trails in the delta. This serene setting is perfect for a silent retreat, relaxing, praying, writing, or simply chilling. Long-term stays are also available.

Tiny Log Cabin

Our Tiny Log Cabin and Garden is a charming two-story tiny house that can sleep four guests. It is located next to a shared-use community room, which includes a professional full gym and spaces to lounge, read, relax, or have dinner.

Delta Gardens

The crown jewel of our property is Delta Gardens, the original farmhouse that has been transformed into a luxurious retreat with exquisite art, upscale furniture, and black label mattresses and linens. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, two of which have exits to a large patio overlooking Beach Lake Stables and the gardens. Downstairs, there is a beautifully converted 400-square-foot garage suite with an attached bathroom, private entrance, and garden. The suite boasts a huge, big-screen TV and ample space to relax. The farmhouse also includes two spacious living areas with big-screen TVs, a small gourmet kitchen, two dining rooms, and two living rooms with great views of the pool area. Outside, there is an acre of deck with an oversized swimming pool, fountains, statuettes, and a variety of flowers and plants. The luxurious lawn furniture and multiple dining tables provide ample space for gathering, entertaining, or just relaxing. When you rent Delta Gardens, you have private access to the swimming pool, hot tub, a half-acre of gardens, and a four-bedroom house with a balcony and outdoor kitchen, as well as shared access to the large community room with a professional gym. Just outside the gate, you'll find pristine nature preserved and managed by the state of California, offering a serene and untouched landscape.
