The space

Camp Delta Luxury Lodge, 3 separate bungalows, large pool, hot tub, and a large community room plus large private gardens all for one price located on a stunning 36-acre property nestled on the Sacramento Delta. This gem is directly across from the picturesque Sacramento River. We have a large luxury boat available for a guided river ride to old Sacramento and back. The property is a nature lover's paradise, bordering one of the largest bird sanctuaries and wetlands in the United States. Plus, you will have personal access to Beach Lake alongside the wildlife refuge and bird sanctuary.

For over 40 years, Beach Lake Stables has been a premier boarding facility located on this property, offering a unique experience for horse enthusiasts. The property boasts multiple trails through the wildlife refuge, making it perfect for hiking and exploring. The lake is ideal for fishing and across the road is the Sacramento River and Cliffs Marina where you'll have access to our 26 ft luxury boat.

At the heart of Camp Delta, you'll find the luxurious Camp Delta Lodge. Once our family home and complex, it now serves as a fantastic retreat for small groups of up to eight people. PICKLEBALL enthusiasts, you'll find fantastic access to, Garcia Park with 6 public courts. Thirty minute bike ride along river trails.

GOLF. There are two excellent golf courses. Ben Malon which is only two miles away or William Land Park just down river road, both excellent golf courses.

BOAT- We have a 26 ft luxury boat available across the road at the marina.

Helpful tips- to make your stay at Camp Delta as enjoyable as possible. Just across the highway, you’ll find Delta Shores, a vibrant shopping center packed with fantastic restaurants and even an IMAX theater. If you’re ever in the mood for a great meal but don’t feel like cooking, you’ll be happy to know that affordable choices are just a DoorDash and Uber Eat order away.

Your location- really couldn’t be better! Head down River Road, which becomes Freeport Boulevard, and you’ll discover a variety of excellent Asian restaurants, a charming old-fashioned bakery, and unique custom markets. If you’re up for a trip, hop on I-5 toward the airport, and you’ll be minutes from downtown Sacramento, where you can explore the iconic State Capitol and all the excitement the city has to offer.
